Resources to Support You In, Out Of, and Between Sessions

Whether you're looking for tools to deepen your therapy journey, navigate postpartum life, or reflect more intentionally on your mental health, this space was built with you in mind.

Each resource below was created from real conversations I’ve had in session as a therapist, and also as a parent, partner, and human who understands how hard it can be to ask for help, stay regulated, or even know what you need. These offerings are designed to be practical, compassionate, and trauma-informed, whether you're currently in therapy or simply seeking ways to support your own growth.

You’ll find:

  • The Therapy Buddy — a guided journal created to help you process therapy sessions, track emotional patterns, and reflect on your progress (even if you hate journaling).

  • Supporting Your Partner Postpartum: A Realistic, Feminist Guide — a short, honest, and accessible guide for non-birthing partners who want to show up in meaningful ways during the early postpartum months.

Click below to explore each one in more detail. I hope they meet you where you're at.

The Therapy Buddy

A Journal for Processing Therapy Sessions

Created by a trauma-informed psychotherapist, The Therapy Buddy is a simple, structured journal designed to help you get more out of your therapy sessions.

Whether you’re new to therapy or years in, this journal helps you reflect, track themes, and stay connected to your progress between appointments.

Each entry includes:

- A checklist to track recurring topics
- Thoughtful reflection questions
- A space to rate your session and offer feedback
- A blank page for free writing, doodling, or homework

Perfect for anyone in therapy looking to build insight, deepen self-awareness, and create continuity between sessions, even if journaling doesn’t come naturally.

Please Note: this journal is exclusively for individuals currently attending therapy sessions.

Postpartum Support

Supporting Your Partner Postpartum is a down-to-earth, inclusive guide created by a therapist to help non-birthing partners better understand what real support looks like in the early weeks and months after birth.

This guide covers what often goes unsaid in the early postpartum period, like the invisible mental load, physical recovery (from C-sections to hormone shifts), the emotional upheaval of new parenthood, and the quiet tension that can build around intimacy and communication. Inside you’ll find:
- Reflection prompts to explore how your own upbringing shaped your approach to care
- Tools for supporting postpartum mental health, including depression, anxiety, responsibility, and rage
- Thoughtful guidance on navigating intimacy and making space for your partner’s healing and autonomy

Perfect for anyone who wants to show up more fully for their partner, and for birthing parents who want a resource to help start that conversation.
